"As other reviewers mentioned the service here is appalling. Don’t even bother calling because you will be hung up on, baffled at the reason a contact number is even displayed for this store. Better off using the JD website, save yourself the stress. Even as a fellow retail worker I fail to empathise with the abhorrent service of this store…. from management down everyone here needs retraining. Clearly not everyone is up to working customer service. Never experienced this at any JD interstate, and never plan on shopping here again."
"What happened to the customer is always right? Today I experienced some of the worst customer service in my life from the "manager" at Rundle Mall. I bought $240 NIKE SHOES for fathers day. They were fresh white and way too slim for my old man. I bring them back for a refund or an exchange only to be told that they've been worn already! This is absolutely the opposite of the truth. All in all, there was no sympathy for me at all. They were not worn. They did not fit. According to the manager, her staff double check all shoes before selling. Either way, this was appalling from JD AND NIKE. This was never about the money at all, this was just for my dad. I ended up handing these shoes to a man in need for free. I hope JD implement some training for these young kids working in retail and I hope NIKE understand how dodgy their customers are being treated. And to the lovely lady who served me today. I suggest a new career or like previously stated. Training (lots)."
