We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges our way, and we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment more than 48 hours in advance, there will be no fee incurred. However, if you cancel or fail to attend an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equal to the consultation fee will apply.
