"Bought a used Mitsubishi through this group and it was the worst experience of my life. Will never use again. They were so unhelpful with a warranty issue that it forced me to sell the vehicle as it was never resolved. Cost me a small fortune. I spent so much time getting the car looked at only for the dealership to wash their hands of their statutory obligations. Service manager was a joke and never called me back, proprietor was passive aggressive and blamed everyone else and sales manager told me I should sell the car. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not recommended."
"Avoid this company at all costs. Fluid boiling out of radiators is a "feature" of the cars Australia Motors sells. They then will call you and ask for you to pay to fix this feature as part of a service. They share personal details with other traders without your knowledge. I suggest they read up on "Australian Privacy Principles""

"Completely unhelpful and unprofessional. Made a simple enquiry for a rocker cover gasket on a Triton and the parts interpreter could not determine any extra parts required to carry out the job. He was reluctant to help and offered no solution to my enquiry. Other dealerships have been great at helping determine any extra parts that may be required and go the extra mile to find out if they don't know. I will not be using Australian Motors for Mitsubishi parts again."
