"Called in for a drive belt, she gave me the wrong one. I turned round immediately but she ignored me and served someone else. Then had to wait ages for the someone else to get me the right one. The point is, if you're going to hand us the wrong parts you might as well put the products out the front so we can serve ourselves. Save us both a lot of hassle."
"Only 2 people available for service at the time, (the only other went to lunch as I got there) was a bit "off-putting" even though the place wasn't extremely busy at the time. The guy I spoke with prior to my arrival was the one who went to lunch so I had to go through my storey of requirement again. This next chap was very patient with me and extremely helpful when trying to get a "special" battery suited to my vehicle. I found out RAA members do not get discounts on batteries any longer as they are now "in competition" with each other. Other products do still attract RAA discounts. A well stocked business, easily accessible, helpful staff and comes recommended (but be prepared to wait for service)"
