As a Registered Counsellor in Australia, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in child development, education, and psychology. I specialize in perinatal mental health, trauma, attachment styles, and parenting support.

One of my passions is Attachment Theory, and I firmly believe that it can pave the way for self-love, healing, and healthier relationships. Whether you are seeking individual counselling or couples therapy, I am here to help you navigate life's challenges and find the balance you need.
