James and Marc are personable and professional with 70 years of combined knowledge & experience behind them. There's never been an issue with any of our vehicles that they haven't been able to solve. Over the years they have continuously demonstrated a genuine care for their customers motoring welfare & aren't in business to make a quick buck but rather as a profession they are both extremely passionate about. "James helped me out with my unexpected flat tyre so it was convenient but he lost points by not having enough time to exchange my good tyre from my spare tyre on my vehicle. As he couldn't put it on my ute tray as there was no room I suggested putting the wheel on the front passenger side floor. That was not suitable as the door would not shut so he put it on the seat without consulting me. If he had I would have laid down a towel on the seat that I had to protect the seat from the dirty tyre. The next day when I removed the wheel I was horrified to find that the mechanic (James?) had squashed the wheel against my good bag! That had damaged the label that was on it and left dirty marks on it from the tyre. It's careless things like this that doesn't make customers want to come back."
"Amazing guys! Not just super friendly & helpful, they also know what they are doing! We are backpackers and travel around Australia, we've been there twice with our campervan and gonna make a big detour the next days because we trust them to 100% and want them to do the service. Instead of telling stories like others do they show you the broken parts and explain what and why things happened - and that for an amazing price! Thanks a lot :-)"
