"We have used the drive through for our order on 4 different occasions over the last few months and every time we are told to wait in the car park for the order to be fulfilled. After a five to seven minute wait (yes we time it, there's not much else to do) the order arrives via a jogging customer service person that we open to find what was obviously a very rushed effort a preparing the burgers and the chips were clearly not fresh or kept hot for the burgers to be made. Last night was our 4th attempt at a decent result but no once again we are met with sub standard service levels and very average food preparation standards. Not good enough people. Not at all."
