While this is still true, customer support (Belinda) immediately dispatched replacement free of charge and it arrived 2 days later via express courier. We live in an apartment and it appears that website looks at street address but drops off appt number on delivery address. Thanks again Belinda and team for support and resolution."

"Ordered in December, had missing items, it's now nearly March and have just received the scientific calculator so took them three months to provide (school has been back for weeks). They didn't offer to rectify the missing items they 'claim' were included in the order ( when is wasnt) but didn't provide photo proof it was in there. Rude and arrogant response from Dylan when I messaged them about it offering no assistance. They should be ashamed of themselves."

Nothing was shipped so I requested a refund towards the end of September. I still have not been refunded!
