"Quick and painless!. Thanks Allan! I have deep veins which are normally quite problematic and the whole experience quite stressful.. A ten minute wait for bloods to be taken. I will choose this clinic again!"
"Only 5 patients in front of me but for some odd reason I had to wait for an hour and a half just to get a blood test. Never have I had to wait this long to have a blood test. Ridiculously slow. Reception staff are quite rude and no apologies to the customers. The nurse was quite rough. I never feel an injection go through but felt this one and was left with quite a nasty bruise and sore afterwards. Will be going elsewhere from now on."
"Today I had the worst blood test experience EVER. To echo what other reviewers said, I was treated and handled very roughly by one of the men who took my blood. His manner both in the way he spoke to me and how he physically handled me was very rude and abrupt, not gentle or caring at all. It should have been just a simple blood test but afterwards my arm was so sore and I couldn't move my arm and couldn't work. I have been here before and had my blood test taken by one of the women and nothing like this happened. AVOID the men here at all costs and ask for the females if possible."
"The reception staff are always lovely, but the men who draw blood here are horrible. They have terrible attitudes. The past two times I have taken my teen son he has been treated roughly and I feel as though it was due to his gender expression, as I have been treated gently by the same man only the week before. It felt discriminatory to me and made my son quite uncomfortable. I will not be returning and I would not recommend anyone who has a gender expression outside of the norm to attend here either."
