I was called the day before to come in for an earlier appointment, which I agreed to.. only to find the dentist running late and informing me he would not have time to complete the work I had booked for this session. However it seems that he found time to attempt to give me and charge me for xrays that his own hygienist had qualified as unnecessary, just prior to him coming in, after she asked me of my X-ray history. The rooms are small. The instruments look old, grey and stained. This is not the place for you if you are looking for quality patient focused dental care."
"I took advantage of their kindly offer to new patients - a check up, clean, buff and x-ray for only $150, normally $260, and I'll be going back for sure. Very friendly staff and the lady who took the time to clean off the plaque on my chompers was incredibly meticulous, even on a Friday afternoon. A perfectionist. And I got a little showbag with toothbrush, toothpaste and floss before I left the door! Outstanding :)"
"The dental assistants are so rude especially if your young and we'll presented disgraceful The dentist I saw was doing a filling on my tooth whilst using a tool on that tooth he bumped the tooth next to it and proceeded to work with out mention I felt it and was advised an it's OK, that tooth is now slightly damaged getting food caught in the side of it. Very low quality dental professionals Get a tooth fixed paid in full and told that will fix it for 8 weeks then damaged the tooth next to it thanks for your lack of quality of service, lack of profrationalism and empathy and ripping me of."
