"This would be a Zero star review if that was possible. Please do not purchase a product from this store unless you can physically take it when you pay. We ordered colonial taps (gold plated) over EIGHT months ago. I have lost count of the number of missed delivery dates but it would be in excess of 40. We are still waiting. If they cannot supply why not be honest with the customer up front. Instead our bathroom renovation project has been a disaster thanks to this Company. Oh, BTW, I had to pay for it all up front and have spent the last seven months chasing them up weekly. Not had one manager ring to apologise or provide some options - just the same old - it will be shipped "in the next few days". Its time for Consumer Affairs to deal with this crowd."

"Great until they get your money.. Many months ago we purchased a bath tub from this company. It took a really long time to arrive, we waited about three months for it (after being told it would take three weeks), after enquiring several times, I was told it had been delivered to the wrong address, then I was told it was lost in the courier’s warehouse. I believe this was all total rubbish and that the order had actually been forgotten about, because when I followed up for the third time, the tub arrived several days later. With the ship date on the paperwork just a couple of days before, which is what led me to believe that the order hadn’t even been processed at the time of full payment. I was pretty disgusted in the service and believed I should have received a discount for the inconvenience and terrible customer service post payment! I should at least have received the delivery fee amount back. When we received the tub many months ago, we unwrapped it and checked it for damage. All looked good so we left it wrapped up and stored away ready for the day if would be installed. After many setbacks, we are finally in the final stages of our bathroom renovation. We had to take the feet off the tub to remove the protective polystyrene between the feet and the base of the tub. The polystyrene didn’t come away from the tub under all the feet. Is was stuck like glue. Probably due to it being rushed out of the warehouse in Brisbane (because it had been forgotten about it) and they hadn’t allowed enough drying time on the paint, so the black polystyrene has now stuck to the wet paint. I can’t get it off and in the sections where it did come off the paint has a rough finish, because the pattern from the polystyrene is now fixed into the paint. Also, I believe we put the legs back on exactly where they came from, but they aren’t sitting quite right. I notice that two feet have an ‘A” on the bottom of them and two have a “B”. But there is nothing on the tub itself to suggest which end/side of the tub A and B are. I contacted this company two hours ago to find out exactly where feet A and B should go, just to be sure before the plumber installs the bathtub this morning. But as per usual, the after customer service is terrible and no one has got back to me. This was a very expensive bathtub so I expect much better service and care factor. But I guess you don’t always get what you pay for!"
