"If you are reading this, I suspect you want to know why I gave Lavare this rating. More than likely, like me, you are trying to find a reputable company that is not only able to supply quality European made products, but also provides excellent before and after sales service. This is why I chose Lavare. Unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Credit where due, Lavare were excellent to deal with right up until money changed hands. After which promises were broken, communications repeatedly ignored, (email and phone) and after sales support turned to childish bullying. Leaving no alternative solution other than to assert my consumer rights through consultation with the department of consumer protection. After enduring 7 weeks of slow mediation, in support of my complaint, Lavare eventually agreed to provide the correct refund, and collection of faulty, incorrectly manufactured components was arranged. Sadly this was not the end of their appalling customer service. Rather than providing a refund within a reasonable timeframe, Lavare waited a further 34 days (24 business days) before making the funds transfer to me. I was left out of pocket for delivery costs, and my renovation had to be put on hold and delayed for many months, and will probably be up to 6 months delay before it can now commence. If a similar experience is something you would prefer to avoid, perhaps this review is something worth considering prior to choosing to become a customer of Lavare. Sincerely hope your bathroom renovation is significantly less stressful."
