Loud, bad language, shouting, grunting, swearing, fighting and arguing with each other at the back without any concern of what's happening at the front. Wish I could download audio or video. "Rosie has served me now 3 times over the past 4 months, she is one of the main reasons I keen going back, she is always cheerful, helpful, knows her job well, and aims to please, it is so good to see a young lady working hard especially with customer relations and job proficiency, I feel that this lady will go far, the chicken was just out of the cooker, fresh juicy and finger licking good! My only negative was that the large potato and gravy could have had more gravy in it."
