At Dragon Martial Arts Academy, we offer both Kung Fu and Karate classes that are ideal for children. These classes not only help build self-confidence, balance, co-ordination, discipline, and courtesy but also teach basic self-defence skills. For teenagers, Kung Fu and Karate are incredible sports that promote self-confidence, fitness, flexibility, discipline, co-ordination, and courtesy, while also imparting basic self-defence skills.

As we grow older, our responsibilities increase, leaving us with less time for ourselves. Unfortunately, exercise is often the first thing to be neglected, affecting our mental, physical, and emotional health. However, Kung Fu and Karate are excellent activities for families as they allow people of all ages to train together in the same class. Parents can train alongside their children, and siblings of all ages can also participate together.
