However, I give 4 star service because despite it being faster than any other kfc can open their window, their prices have significantly increased and there is a $9 delivery fee to top it all off, despite it being literally 5 minutes away from me. If the delivery fee was about half what it is now (I mean McDonald’s is like $4 delivery fee same distance) I would be ordering myself a lot more KFC"

"What a joke of a store. Advertises open till 10pm 6 of us went to this store to get good working late 4 trucks. Went into the restaurant part it was closed fair enough but still weren't able to order food had to through drive thru guess what 4 of the vehicles ain't gonna make so we our business elsewhere"
"The last three visits I requested no thigh pieces, however, each time I was given numerous pieces of thigh. Tonight I ordered 6 pieces of chicken, 50% was thigh, even though the drive through staff clearly repeated "no thigh" when she stated my order. I'm not sure if the staff are incompetent, lazy or have no respect for business and customer service, but the service can only be given 1 star."
