Door to showroom is still locked at 9am, and they're walking around inside ignoring customers outside and not answering their phones. Very poor attitude. Taking business elsewhere and suggest the manager get his act into gear"
"If you would like to waste time and get bad advice this is the way to go. Don't know their own product range and tell you it's in stock whilst it is not. Even calling before doesn't guarantee the right product. Badly organised, uncaring attitude and passed on my order to supplier 2 hours later, whilst they knew I was waiting for it. Wasted my whole morning on them."
