"Yesterday hubby and I visited the outdoor display area and absolutely loved what we saw. Best of all it was after hours (shift work makes life tricky at times) but the area was still open so you can walk through. The many walls and displays show off the product so you can see what it will look like in a home or outdoors. The garden displays are fabulous. Everything is grouped and labelled so you can easily find out what they are. There are samples of the bricks and pavers etc in the old building which is also open and catalogues (bricks, price list, retaining walls and pavers) are available here too. The catalogues were detailed so we could calculate quantities and price but also whether the weight meant we needed a truck or to pay for delivery. It was helpful to have the ability to look for ourselves at a time that suited us. The sales process was easy. The bricks were already split into smaller shrink wrapped amounts so hubby could ask for a pallet of half solids and half cored with minimal fuss. No hand stacking as we'd anticipated. Just forklifted right on. Woohoo. The bricks are excellent. None were broken or cracked. Colour is exactly as expected. Very happy customers here who will return."
