"Do not order anything for delivery from this joint. They get the order wrong 9/10 times. Sometimes whole items are missing from the order, sometimes they give you the wrong item. Just ordered a Grill Masters Cowboy Angus Burger, instead I got some tomato and bacon burger (I assume it's a whopper or something?). Last time I ordered onion rings and got chips instead, and before that, I ordered 2 burgers and chips, and only got 1 burger. They've almost never got the orders right. They should not be doing deliveries if they cannot spare the time or effort."
"Took 10mins to be served, girl got the order completely wrong and the manager had to come come out to refund my card then take order again. Food was ready 10-15mins later. Got home and the burger was DROWNED in sauce and the onion rings in the burger were burnt there wasn't many fries. My dog got over half my burger. I had to ask for a cup holder to try and carry everything out of the store and ask for straws. There was also no napkins in the bag. The worst fast food experience I have ever had. Would not recommend Hungry Jacks Dayton to ANYONE."
"Ordered through self serve waited 25 mins with no acknowledgement from staff 2 orders placed after ours were handed out only when we were the only people in the restaurant waiting did someone ask what order we were waiting for and worked out they have given it out to someone else. Had to remake our meals, handed to us without any apology. Not the first incident like this but it WILL be the LAST happy to travel to get actual customer service. If only we could give negative stars."
"Took over an hr to deliver when asked about 45 waiting told wasn't important as drive thru orders. Received order an hr later chips cold burger containing tomato and pickles when requested not too and no straw for iced chocolate told nothing they could do had to arrive at store when had ordered delivery. Management this night useless and unfit to deal with customers enquiries and deal with mistakes. Why are we paying for delivery if classified as not as important. Requested management to contract me in the morning if this doesn't happen I suggest stay clear of this establishment"
