"Ordered through menulog, items missing. When I contacted the store, the guy didn't care, told me to come and collect my missing items. If I wanted to collect them I wouldn't have ordered from menulog. When I said I couldn't he said "oh well I can't help you" One less customer now for you to worry about."
"The wait for my order was far too long! The first time was 20 minutes meh, the second time was 30 minutes! Ordering in the restaurant. This is not acceptable for Macca's, other people next to me were waiting just as long, I wont be eating in again until they get re-trained. I went to the South Perth maccas instead of Belmont it took 4 minutes and they were busy with the drive through too."
"Don't order from her, just don't waste your time. Everything I have come here something has gone wrong, they don't have items, the forget something. Ordered tonight through uber eats, no sundae came even though it's on the receipt. Also asked for no onions on my burger and the while burger was drowned in onions. Absolutely disgracful"
"Was extremely quiet when I went to this store on a public holiday. I used the self serve machine and selected table service. There were approx 6 people before me hanging around the counter waiting for their meals, where I took a seat and waiting for my meal. Just 1x big Mac meal with drink. Waited for only 8 mins and meal came to the table with a smile from Philip."
