"Don't expect any friendly customer service from the lady boss, however the two younger boys are quite alright, less grumpy. This is the place you go to if you just need to satisfy your Malaysian food cravings, quick and delicious. Prices are reasonable."
"The only reason this place stays in business is the food is very good. The lady is not only rude but will fleece you if you're not careful. Tried to charge me $1 extra on my meal and made me show her on her menu why the change was wrong. No apology, no contrition. No wonder she only takes cash."
"I asked if they could make the laksa without shrimp paste and no seafood. They said yes no problem, took one spoonful and straight away could taste the shrimp paste, luckily I'm not highly allergic or this could of ended badly. The lady needs to start being nicer to her customers.... very rude and pushy."
"Very rude and verbally abused a young kid in public. Not only that, she has the audacity to take picture of the boy while continuing with her verbal abuse, breaching the kid's privacy and might cause traumatic experience. Food wasn't even that good, if you looking penang food there are many places better than this."
"Food was good but the lady running the show is a psycho. Was there tonight and she runs out of the store to the other side of the food hall and verbally abused a young boy who was with his family, caused an absolute scene, was flipping the bird, cursing, and hurling abuse to this poor child and his family. Other customers intervened and told her where to go eventually and she still didn’t stop, throwing money around demanding an apology. She then came out and photographed the family. Quite literally abusive. Food was good though but lady you need help."
