"Great experience! If we had more people like this in the service industry the world would be a better place. My washer/dryer broke 3 weeks before moving interstate…after I explained my situation,Ann said (correctly) that my machine is not worth fixing as it would cost more than it’s worth. "I rang this business as my older style dishwasher was leaking from the door. I was told not worth fixing and advised to go buy a new one. I did my own research after that, to see if I could buy replacement door seals which I was able to. My partner was able to remove old seals and replace with the new, at the cost (including post) of $70 Not impressed at the advice given by this business as she would have seen me buy a new one, and likely scored the money of having it installed. I know this business generally gets a good rap but on this occasion, she let both herself, and me, down."
"I must express my appreciation for Mary Ann's exceptional professionalism and knowledge. Initially, my rental agent contacted Mary Ann to repair the refrigerator at the property. She promptly reached out to me for the details about the fridge and quickly diagnosed the problem. Since the necessary parts for the old fridge were no longer available, Mary Ann was later asked to organize a new refrigerator for me. She immediately contacted me via SMS and scheduled the installation for a mere two days later -- on the weekend! Mary Ann and her partner completed the entire replacement process within just one or two hours. They are really helpful, and their good-natured humor added a pleasant touch to the experience. I am sorry that my partner wasn't at home during the installation and I am not well-versed in such stuff. I was unable to provide help throughout the process."
