"Most times they deliver the goods. One time they ran out of hot and spicy. They offered me original. I was hungry so I said OK. Once I drove to the windows they had run out of original chicken also. Must've been a busy day. I took my business to McDonald's."
"Spent $20 and all I got was 2 half filled boxes of popcorn chicken and 15 chips in total and my 2 drinks of corse and not to mention I sat at the speaker for 10 mins while 3 other cars on the other side were served, picture shows all the chips I received I want a refund if this is all I get extremely disappointed"
"We regularly use this KFC and more often than not the order is incorrect or we are missing items. Tonight was no exception, no chips for any of our boxed meals, and the changes made to the boxed meals (instead of wings we upgraded to popcorn chicken) was missed. Usually we take the order back and it is rectified, but we can't keep driving back and forward to fix our order. We usually check it each time, but with an upset newborn in the car and with it not being our job, we didn't realise til we were home. One plus is that the food we did receive was nice"
"This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. I waited 20 minutes just to be served in the drive through. it was a Sunday night - store was empty. Service was slow, and then I was over charged for the pop corn chicken I ordered. The staff were just standing around having a laugh inside. No apology, they did not care. This incident was the 3rd time this has happened. On the last occasion I waited 25 minutes just for a small chips. DO NOT go here - they do not deserve your business."
