"personally I have always had an amazing Experience with the Woodlake location but unfortunately the Brookline store does not live up to the originals standards but I will say I have never had such good pizza delivered I usually order from hear once every couple months and the delivery time is always amazing the food fairly priced."

"Started out as a 5 but they’ve gradually decreased in quality. Used to have a good amount of bbq sauce on our favourite pizza, but after a couple months of going to them that changed. The pizza did not look or taste the same… Even when asked to make sure there was bbq sauce on it in special instructions they did not. I would understand if we were asking for extra.."

"Haven't been here in years, but after friends raving we decided to try them again. Pizzas taste good, but service is horrible. Lodged order online as cash pickup, got to store 10 minutes later and they said it didn't go through. So ordered again adding Sliced Beef and Jalapenos to a Godfather. Another 15 minutes later I come back and I am not acknowledged for another 5 minutes. There is a group 7 staff standing around the front chatting. Finally get asked my name, and my pizzas were sitting on top of the oven. I grabbed the pizzas and left as I was irritated about the wait. Get home, and guess what. Our Godfather is missing the sliced beef. Useless service, now we remembered why we don't buy from Romano's! Update - Romano's now has an app, which makes purchasing a much more streamlined process. No more issues like before, with website not interacting with the shop. Updated to 3-stars as business did not contact us like they advised they would."
