"Took my BA Falcon in for welsh plug replacement which I know can cause problems if bolts are rusted into alloy. They were. Job then took 3 days to complete with an explanation of "I can't help it, it is what it is". While this cost me 2 days off from work I was charged $100/hour for labour totalling $600.00 just for the time then another $380 for parts. No impressed and won't be back."

"Way above the rest .. that's the customer service I received from John at Aldinga Auto last week. My V8 Holden Caprice had fuel pump problems .. John not only took the GM parts supplier to task on my behalf .. he replaced the faulty part and did not charge me for all the hours of labour to removed and refit the fuel pump (the fuel pump on these vehicles are in the fuel tank) it takes hours to do this. He is the best, good news always travels slowly.. John and Aldinga Auto is the very best. Thank you John."
