I waited over a week for them to attend (which I can totally understand in the hot season), the guy barely left his car before saying my unit wasn't worth fixing as R22 refrigerant is unobtainable - which could have very easily been advised over the phone, and I was charged an $88 call out fee. "I have not used this company yet but already have favorable feelings about them. My aircon died and I needed help now, in these awful first hot days of January. Firstly, a real human answered the business phone (and was very pleasant to talk with), whereas with two other companies the phone just rang out repeatedly, a 3rd company asked to leave a message then cut off after only a few seconds, and 4th enquiry they referred me to a big city business re service and they could not take any more service bookings for at least 6 weeks! Secondly, I needed help right now, and these people have a senior technician arranged to come out the very next day! I did not bother asking about price, as already their SERVICE looks very good. I will give further feedback after the work is done. FOLLOW-UP. Well, less than one week after my airconditioner died and I contacted these people in the middle of a string of 40 degree January days, I was sitting here luxuriating in my new airconditioner! They were SO QUICK! And now, after having used it for about a month, it is clear that the unit that the service manager suggested is absolutely perfect for what I needed, and cost on the low end of what I expected so was very reasonable. Office service was wonderful throughout, very approachable and made me feel that they really wanted to help. The single criticism I have is that naturally this work was primarily done indoors, and here we are with Omicron Covid taking hold in Perth and when I asked the technician said he was not vaccinated! I even had to show him how to put on a mask as he said he had not yet worn one ... 2 years after Covid first arrived!"

He was an absolute champ and a pleasure to have at the house, fixed and cleaned the unit quickly and easily, even showed me what he was doing throughout the process. "This review is two months overdue and poor repayment for such amazing customer service as provided by the wonderful family team at Aircon Service Centre. From initial contact (at 4.55pm on a Friday afternoon) to see whether they could advise on/replace faulty remote, to my final contact a month later (again 4.55pm Friday afternoon) for final instructions on operating my newly installed Braemar evap system, the Air Con Service Centre provided faultless customer service. In the interim period I contacted nearly 15 other airconditioning companies, 7 of which provided quotations substantially more expensive than that of the Air Con Service Centre. Not only that, I had my new unit fitted in under 2 weeks when other companies were quoting up to 2 months wait time. Air Con Service centre will be undertaking my annual maintenance regime for the next 15 years and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking either maintenance/repairs or replacement systems - for their breadth of knowledge, professionalism and friendly customer service is unsurpassed. One of the great additional bonuses is that they take away the old units free of charge (which they in turn provide to a local artist to make works of art and compost bins).
