"Always a premium price with a lack of attention to detail. Not my first negative review. Not sure why my wife won't listen and go to any service shop and get proper service and quality work. This time 2 new tyres and they haven't restarted the run flat indicactor. Most basic of tasks that should have been reset before handing back. I'm sure this is the last time going there."
"Extremely disappointed with the service received and the response once I raised the issues with them. I took my car for an annual service in early March which included a transmission service (over $4.5k in service work). Late March 2023 I unfortunately got a Tyre puncture. I took it to a Tyre shop which advised me that they also found extreme wear on the inside of my Tyres due to a bad alignment (Tyres are only 1 year old). I called up Stuttgart autos and queried why this wasn't picked up during any of my services. They told me a wheel alignment is not part of the standard service (which is fine) but a Tyre check is, which is why I was disappointed that this wasn't flagged at the time (they either didn't check the Tyres or they did and they deemed it acceptable - I sent them photos of the wear as well as the wheel alignment report and they confirmed that it is indeed out of alignment). Stuttgart did offer a complimentary wheel alignment but at that point, I had already opted with the Tyre shop to replace the Tyres and compete the wheel alignment. Fast forward to June 2023 and I received a "check brake pad wear" warning on my car. I called Stuttgart Autos and queried why this wasn't picked up during the last service since a brake pad check is part of the annual service. The response I received was extremely defensive on their part saying that brake pads wear depending on how you drive the car (my car is not driven hard and my driving style has not changed in all the years I have owned the car), that they were checked during the last service and that they were deemed acceptable at the time. I asked them for the brake pad measurements which they said they don't keep a record of. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that the brake pads were checked, considering the car only goes in for a service once a year you'd think this would have been flagged at the time to say the brake pads won't make it to the next service (let alone 3 months post service). I have really lost confidence in the service work completed at this workshop. I always receive a standard invoice print out of the "checks" that were completed during the service which I am now questioning whether they are even done. Again, extremely disappointed with the service. I pay a premium to take my car to a Mercedes authorised repairer as they should have an attention to detail that I wouldn't find at any other workshops. If you're going to be paying OEM pricing, you might as well take it straight to a Mercedes owned dealership/workshop."
"Terrible Service, they returned my Mercedes to me broken and then didn't repair what they had broken properly, after making me wait an additional month. My car is still not fixed five months later. Strongly advise NOT using this company they are over priced for a very poor quality of service."
"Highly recommend this place for your Mercedes needs. The staff did a brilliant job on my major service which was overdue on the AMG and they even went above & beyond with a free loan car, a AMG Keyring. Those little extras/complimentary things go a long way these days. Unlike the big car mobs down the road who treat like a number in the cog, the owner at Stuttgart's I think his name is Jason has that good old fashion customer driven service you expect & his authorised Mercedes parts workshop is one professionally runned outfit. Recommend ✅"
"Avoid this place at all costs I dropped my new Mercedes sedan off at Stuttgart Auto to have a small dent a door fixed and a small amount of damage to the rims of my wheel repaired in late February this year. When I picked up my car and driving it home, I noticed the front of the car was covered in red dirt, and a strange resin substance splattered on the windscreen. Upon further inspection of the car when I got home, I noticed significant damage to 2 of the wheel rims that wasn’t there when I dropped the car off (pictures attached). I went back to Stuttgart to ask what happened, and the mechanic acted belligerently stating that they weren’t at fault, and didn’t know how it could happen. Because I have dashcams installed, I checked the footage and there were multiple instances where employees of Stuttgart (including the mechanic I first talked to) were speeding in my car at up to 20km over the limit in residential areas (going between the 2 offices), mounting kerbs, and going over the top of round-abouts instead of around. I took this up with the manager, Jason Edlinger, and he offered no apology, just “acknowledged the inconvenience”, and offered to fix the issue. I also sent the footage to my insurer, who said that the behaviour demonstrated by Stuttgart was not appropriate, and that all repairs would be made free of charge due to the treatment of the vehicle by Stuttgart. Stuttgart ended up fixing the damage caused and detailing the car – but I will never go back there again, as I don’t trust them to adequately care for my car given the reckless way it was driven, the poor condition it was delivered back to me (coated in red dust and a resin-like substance over the windscreen I had to scrub off), the lack of apology or even acceptance of any liability, and the flagrant abuse of a customer’s trust. It’s extremely disappointing that a company associated with Mercedes can offer such a poor customer experience where you pick up your car with more damage than when you dropped it off."
