"Asked then to do some work on my older BMW X3, replacement of a failed crank pulley. Great price, completed quickly and a very professional deportment before during and after the work. I will be going back when my car plays up again."
"We had our car serviced here a couple of times now and the level of care is exceptional. Great team of people. Attention to detail is exemplary; we always drive off in a super clean vehicle that is shiny, with a protective water repelling coating. We highly recommend this place."
"I Initially went to get the breaks sorted on my 4WD due to the front pads being worn. The Receptionist was amazing when I first rang and fitted me in the next day. I took the car in in 2WD, and the car came out in 4WD. Although I found this odd, especially when this isn’t linked in anyway to the breaks, I didn’t think much of it and then proceeded to fly out to the field the next day for my work. Upon return when using the car, I realised the 4WD gearbox was stuck in its position and couldn’t be moved. Not wanting to make the problem worse and force anything, I took the car back to the workshop in hopes it would be an easy and quick fix, as the only time this gearbox had been touched was when it was getting fixed. Although they tried for 20 mins to initially see if there was a non-intrusive way to rectify the problem, I was quickly told that if I wanted them to have a further look I would be charged nearly $100, which is not including any cost if there was an actual problem to fix. To my surprise, there was no responsibility being taken regarding the situation, and I was made to feel guilty for not identifying the problem straight away after the initial repair. If a certain part of the car is being repaired, you shouldn’t be expected to check every other aspect of the car to see if it has been meddled with in some way, especially from a so-called respected garage. Although it was stated that if it indeed was the garages fault they would pay, there was no examples given of what would constitute that, and when asked, I was greeted with only rudeness and disrespect. At most, this was an empty gesture with no substance, a face-saving statement. They openly blamed they age of my car, and that it was general wear and tear, which they can easily do as I am not a mechanic and know very little about cars. If I had used the car after, then I would understand there viewpoint, as it is not their responsibility for other parts of the car failing unrelated to the initial repair. But the only variable in this story which could cause problem this was their initial work on the car. If you are looking for somewhere which takes responsibility for their work, who is on the customers side and believes their story, who listens and wants to help reach a solution, then this definitely is not the place. Save yourself potential hassle, worry, and money and go elsewhere. I have left feeling upset and to blame for the situation, and having to now find alternative on how to rectify the situation Note, this may not be a reflection of all individuals who work here, just the one I unfortunately had the pleasure of dealing with. I also want to still commend the receptionist who was polite and helpful wherever she could be."
"Nigel and Peter stand behind their name in providing a First Class automotive service. My relationship with them started through Hughes warranty, but has led to the replacement of a brand new OEM 4.2 ltr V8 engine to my Supercharged Audi S5 after I scored a cylinder on a track day gone very wrong! . An incredibly challenging and high risk job as the supplier of the supercharger in America was no longer in business. After the (nameless) mechanic who fitted my supercharger kit 2 years before refused to help, I was on Nigel and Peters door begging for help!!! After a lot of blood, sweat (on their part) and tears (on my part)......the new engine started Frist press of the Start button and has not missed a beat. Obviously the First Class team have been and will continue to shower their love on my car!!!"
