"The staff on ferry Rd were so incredibly rude, they were unwilling to provide any service to me. The female staff member refused to help me and when I asked her for a particular product she told me to just walk around and find it myself whilst she just stood at the counter doing nothing. I was attempting to do an exchange and she wasn't able to tell me the price of the cushions I wanted to exchange. Once I went to the counter with my new cushions, she just quoted the prices off the top of her head, no receipt supplied. It was a terrible experience and I would never return."
