"If you can find how to get into the store/warehouse part they have a MASSIVE range. The customer service i received sucked, i stood right infront of them with no acknowledgement for a good 30seconds whilst the lady finished having a laugh and her conversation, when pointing out their prices were different from other kitchen shops close by I was bluntly told thats not right and it wouldnt be the same brand or size... ahh yeah ok. If the other shop had of had them in stock I would never have come here. Lesson learnt."

They weren't really interested in providing me with a solution or alternative for an enquiry about a Vitamix jar, even tho they said they do sell them they were "too busy" to even tell me on the phone the price of the item. Very disappointed. Ended up going to their competidor and bought it from them."
