"Way overpriced, will never stay here again. Not disable friendly at all - no elevators and multiple stairs. If you can not handle carrying luggage up too much stairs, do NOT stay here - especially if you have your own car and plan to park in their garage! Extra stairs. There was a no splashing rule in the pool also. Which was hard for a 6 and 8 year old. Not even sure how they managed to get a safety certificate for the pool, considering it's not even fenced safely - A child could easily climb up into the pool area with the chairs left around. Even the poles surrounding the pool have sharp rust at the bottom of them, wouldn't be surprised if someone cuts their foot there one day. We stayed at the Broadbeach Savannah for the other half of the week which was cheaper and 5 star compared to this."

"Good price and that's about it. No rugby league channel on foxtel. What's the point of having foxtel. Maybe they do that so you dont make any noise in the hotel, after being told about 6 times in a matter of 2 days not to party."
"1 star rating is an overstatement, if there was half a star thats what this place would be getting rated. The owners yelled at us for making a phone call on the outdoor patio and then proceeded to tell us not to party when we were just passing through town. The next morning we were confronted again by the owner at 11am to tell us not to party when we had just been out for breakfast and a walk around the area. Fair enough we are mid 20s and there is 3 males but to be unfairly discriminated against by our look was plain rude and we would not recommend to anyone."
"Very tired and rundown. Not what we were expecting for the sale price. Poor hospitality from reception. Water pipes extremely loud, NO AIRCON, light bulbs blown throughout apartment, very old & uncomfortable beds, ripped & saggy lounge chairs. Pity if you were on holidays & wanted to sit and chat outside as you were told to go to bed. Maybe if you installed aircon we wouldn't have to sit outside. Definitely better options available. Dissapointed!"
