"A very bad experience when thought I had ordered food that I did not receive as a result of an inadequately trained staff member who was wearing dirty work boots and matching tracksuit pants fail to understand or speak English. The worst was yet to come when I rang to complain to be told that it was my fault and seemed not to care one bit. Very poor management and staff. Explains why I have noticed them advertising for staff on a regular basis. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
"Hi all, hey iam not complaining because this has never happened here before, but ordered through drive through as usual, got the order, drove to daughter's she was with me. All seemed good, they ate, I didn't, this was either Wednesday or Thursday, and they were both sick during the night and the next day. This is not the normal thing for here, and hopefully was just a one-off. Normal there food is fresh and really yummy. So yes we will be back, again."

"Bought 9 pieces of fried chicken and then enjoyed in the restaurant. Obviously, the chicken has cooled, not hot. The only thing that was hot was the chips.. The table wasn’t even cleaned. Sorry for the bad review, but that needs to be improved."
