"Staff is friendly. Slowest in Perth Lowest quality in Perth Often runs out of the one thing they are supposed to have. Roast chicken. Incredibly this happens at lunch time and the evening. Had to wait in a long line only to discover this for the 3rd time in about 3 months and wait in a line to order nothing."

"I pulled into the drive thru at Dianella, I ordered a half chicken and chips in a large combo. There was no one else in front of me. I drove forward and paid for my order. The staff member mumbled and was hard to understand. I asked her to repeat my order. I paid for my meal and then waited for about 8 minutes before finally recieving my meal. The staff member kept checking the order and nearly put the wrong chip size in with my order. It was a bit of circus. I placed my order on the passenger seat of my car and drove home. About a 3 minute drive. When I took my meal out of the bag, the box was dripping oil. To the point where it was dribbling out the corner of the box which contained my 1/2 chicken. The chicken was not left to rest before it was dropped in the box. I even seen one of the staff members carrying a cooked chicken around with tongs. There is some serious OHS issues here. When I opened the box, I found the half chicken had been dropped into the box with no lining, cut edge down. Further investigation found that oil has gone through the bag as well. All the napkins were soaked Absolutely discussed. Poor slow service and poor hygiene practices. And now I have oil for a cooked chicken on the seat of my car. The chicken is not supposed to be on the actual cardboard box. It's supposed to be in greaseproof paper lining....... I will never get take away from this store again. I have had issues here at this store before but this take first place."

"Drive through service with a smile, chips nice and fresh and hot. Burgers though..., very ordinary. Neither were even luke warm. Certainly weren't zapped long enough for the cheese to melt. 2nd burger left a piece of leg gristle behind. Both had mayo under 'bacon' so as soon as you bite into it, the mayo spreads out onto your fingers. Should be mayo, chicken, cheese then bacon. Zapping the food helps it taste fresher. I can tell this food is 4 or 5 days old and I shouldn't. Was a little slow, but put that down to fresh chips. If I wasn't in a hurry, I'd have returned and asked them to zap it again, but that would defeat the purpose completely of going for fast food. I'm not from this area, but will avoid stopping by here on my way through next time. Store really needs an update, it looks old and very run down. If there had been another option next door, I'd have shopped there instead."
