"They have no respect for costumers three employees sitting down doing anything and no one attending the business this is just ridiculous 15 minutes waiting just to order !!"
"We were the only people in the restaurant and there were 5 staff on but regardless we waited 30 minutes for our burgers. I ordered mine with vegan cheese as I am intolerant to dairy. When they came out, mine had dairy cheese... Lucky I noticed prior to eating or that could have been a lot worse. It took a further 20 minutes for it to be remade. We (and other customers who came in afterwards) noticed a lot of the staff walking around but not doing anything, I spoke to the manager on shift and she said that some staff were not trained in assembling burgers. I would have assumed this would be the first thing staff are taught. Not impressed at all and won’t be back anytime soon"
"Not happy with quality of chicken burger considering it cost $25. Sweet potato fries were soggy and very salty. Threw them away. I won't be back with so many options available that make excellent burgers"
