"We came for dinner and was a bit disappointed that the variety on the train was very wanting. Many of the same things, which I guess nobody wanted. The tuna was tasteless, and the prawn looked old and dry. Not visually appealing at. We ordered miso and vegetable tempura Udon. Miso was lacking flavour, though the Udon was very tasty. It filled our tummies, but the sushi definitely needs more flavour for the price you pay."

"If there was an option for zero stars I would have done it, 1 star is still not a poor enough rating. We are regular customers of this particular Sushi Train. Tonight my family was refused entry after being seated at a table and starting to order, we brought food in for my son with dietary requirements. We have done this in all past visits to this restaurant. I tried to explain this but were still refused anyways. The fact they turned away three people eating with what that would be for the store is ridiculous. We will not be returning which is disappointing as this has been the best sushi train around until now. Customer service must not be important sadly."
