"29/05 I ordered some parts in store, paying cash upfront and was told the ETA was 2-4 weeks. I needed them for early August, so I figured this was ample time for an order to be processed. (3/7) 5 weeks later I called up and spoke to Liam trying to establish what was happening with my order. I was straight up told they couldn't find my order in their system and it wasn't until I provided an invoice number that it was able to be found. I was told they would call back in five minutes once they had made another call. - I waited 4/5 hours and called the store back, for them to say they themselves were waiting on a call back and they'd call me soon. - ARB made no attempt at contact from that point (13/7) I again called back up to try and see what was happening. For some reason they had assigned my mobile number to another account, adding to the confusion that needed to be cleared up. - It was explained that a newly trained employee had ordered my parts wrong and that one of the parts didn't actually exist within Australia. This meant I had unknowingly been waiting on the delivery of parts which weren't actually in the process of being delivered. - When asked why I was able to order a part that didn't exist I was told that it was likely that someone ordered it at the exact same time as I did and this made it unavailable, which wasn't detected in the system. I find this timing highly improbable for such a specific part and honestly it seemed like a huge cop-out excuse - I was told I'd have to wait til August for them to be manufactured or I could refund my order. The way it was handled was one big, incompetent, disorganised and unapologetic mess that you wouldn't expect from a reputable company. I've also had 5 D handles fail on my ARB canopy in less than 2 years, some of which had been a matter of months old. They're not inexpensive locks either. For the price, the quality and security they afford is a joke. ARB claims product quality and "unbeatable service", yet my dealings have been characterised by nothing but inconvenience and frustration."

"Was treated like garbage by the franchisee and his manager when they said they would let me know regarding a job interview the franchisee said I was a very strong candidate for. Never ever bothered to contact me to say they'd chosen someone else. Choose whoever you think is best. I always support that. But have the decency to let applicants know rather than leading them on. Or perhaps that's how you treat your customers your customers as well? And I'll own that I likely wasn't the best, strongest applicant. There's plenty with more experience than me. But Damien and Chloe made me believe I would be contacted either way. Didn't happen."

"A big building, you cant miss, at the right location with easy parking. This place is all about outdoors and 4wheel drives. Not much to see inside the building, though, maybe bcos it's still new. Their staffs know their job well and can assist you with your enquiries. Apart from offering equipment camping/4wheeldrive-related, they provide services as well."
