"Loving and caring permanent educators in the rooms. But I had very bad experience with the the way it is organised; being not flexible and not providing what was expected. Usage of temporary staff with poor communication skills is a permanent way. Many times facing under staff room especially in the morning when more is required. 4 weeks notice for any little change, while any other childcare needs only 2 weeks."
