"Last straw, will not be returning to this HJ again. Every single time I go there they get something wrong, and that is no exageration. I order a Vegan whopper cheese and ask to add heavy pickles. They NEVER add my pickles even though I pay extra for them, or they don't add the cheese, or they remove the tomato for some reason, and last night I recieved meat and didn't realise until I bit into it because I was having it in my car at night before my second job. I just can't justify going there when they consistently mess up."

"Burgers we great, service is self service with the ordering machines. The toilets were not as bad as train spotting, however they were the worst toilets I have experienced in WA."

"What did I just eat??? I have not eaten HJ’s for approx 10 yrs and I now know why! Firstly, the girl at the window was dead from the neck up! She just mumbled the price and that was it. Terrible customer service! Now the price..I ordered a bacon deluxe and a whopper w cheese for my friend…$18.50!! What a joke! The burgers were cold, half an onion fell outta mine with the awful end still attached, the bacon on the deluxe was like cardboard, it was impossible to chew and it left an awful greasy lining in your mouth long after we had finished…only ate half! We used to eat HJ’s a fair bit as kids but I can now see why maccas is now the more popular option ( not that I eat it either) what a shame it’s gone down hill so much! It’s a pity I couldn’t leave half a star…DISGUSTING!"

"I ordered 18 nuggets and asked for bbq sauce. I waited a while but they were busy, I got given 3 sweet and sour sauces so I told the guy who I assume is the shift manager as he wore a black shirt. He gave me one and I said like ‘could I have more’ and offered to give back the sweet and sour. He gestured me for to leave and then started taking the next order. I went into the store to get the additional sauces and was given 1 extra. I didn’t appreciate being basically told to shutup with hand gestures. Maybe he was telling me to wait while he made the next order but didn’t use words just gestured like ‘go away’ with his hands."

"I ordered the rebel burger, double real cheese no onions. I got two vegan patties with vegan cheese (one slice) with onions. I repeated my order twice. Still no where close! This is the exact reason I never order from a drive through."
