"All kitchen staff saw us at counter and did nothing to alert the servers who were behind the fridges. Took too long for them to come to counter to serve. We asked for the toilet and they refused. Left me to take my busting 4 year old to Hungry Jacks to toilet. Absolutely pathetic for a company that sells beverages to refuse use of facilities. Lazy staff with disgusting attitudes. Edit: I have already filled in feedback form online. You could just provide a bathroom instead of replying to google reviews, as judging by the reviews this is not a new complaint. Replying one by one asking people to fill in online feedback to make it look as though you care is not helpful."

"On 6th April at 9:20 pm, I went into RR Bullcreek to order fried chicken and the guy behind the counter said that they could only provide wraps and burgers (no fires or fried Chicken). I enquired the reason and he told me that they were shutting down the kitchen. The place closes at 10:00pm but they start cleaning and shutting down at least 45 mins before the closing time. So if you looking for fried chicken at 9:30pm or 9:59pm this is not the place to be."

"Just bought some buttermilk fried chicken wings, fried chicken pieces, tenders and a large coleslaw. All the chicken pieces were extremely salty. Had to eat it with coke otherwise it was impossible to swallow. Both the meat and flour coating were overloaded with salt. If not for this, the chicken pieces were very tender except for the chicken tenders which were dry. The coleslaw was good except that there were some chunks of tough and fibrous parts of cabbage which should have been discarded in the first place. First time eating RR fried chicken and greatly disappointed."
