"Very disappointed with service here, I requested a manager to resolved a minor conflict in regard to price unfortunately manager had no customer service skills or a leadership skills which to remain calm under any conditions or pressure. Heated up the conversation by saying this is not Bali and none professional body language by tear up the medical certificate. and saying I spend 100k in my education and which was not related to what I was seeking help with. I requested the manager for his name and advised him that I will lodge formal complain in regards to your behaviour the gentleman refused to provide his name and took the victim side to call the security where I was remain calm.
