"This chemist has an uncanny habit of calling out names only if they see a person who *they think fits* that name waiting. I don't look like my name. I especially don't look like my mum's name when I collect her prescriptions for her. Apparently this is a valid reason for me having to wait longer to collect our prescriptions. If they don't want to invest in buzzers like the other CWs then they need to repeat the names on the prescription clearly regardless who is waiting. Two stars because at least they're still more attentive to people waiting than the CW across the road. Edit: one star because they somehow neglected to fill the second prescription stapled behind the first."
