At Integrity Coach Lines, we understand the concerns of parents and guardians when it comes to travel. That's why we allow unaccompanied children between the ages of 10 and 15 to travel, provided they have a completed "Unaccompanied Child Form" signed by a parent or guardian. The child must also have a parent or guardian present before departure and at the arrival point for collection. During the journey, unaccompanied children must have enough food or money for meals and should remain on the vehicle unless supervised by our drivers during scheduled stops. For safety reasons, we can accommodate a maximum of 4 unaccompanied children at one time, all seated in the front row of the coach.
Integrity Coach Lines offers a range of ticket options to suit different travel needs. Whether you prefer our "Express" (point to point) coach tickets, "Hop on Hop off" (multiple destination) tickets, or special event coach transport, we have you covered. "I‘m highly disappointed about the disrespectful behavoir of the bus drivers. During the drive one made a very rude comment, when I had to go to the toilet and at the end of the joirney (I was the last one who left the bus) I found my backback soaked with water in the middle of the heavy rain… for that price I expect a much better experience."
"My kids have caught the bus from Carnarvon to Perth or vice versa as unaccompanied minors. If you had another low cost option, you'd use it. PROS The drivers are usually pretty friendly and they ensure the kids are safe. The buses generally arrive on time or early (unless they have mechanical failure which has happened once). They're good with luggage/bags and booking is easy. CONS Sometimes the buses smell like urine/sewerage. There's a few really old buses that operate this route and if you get them, they're not very comfortable. Dodgy people are on the bus fairly often. Whilst the drivers do fairly well to keep them away from kids, we have had one incident where a passenger clearly took some drugs when on the bus, got abusive and got ejected from the bus at a remote petrol station. However, at the station, my teenage son got harassed by the druggo passenger when he went to the toilets which scared him a lot. The bus should have kept an eye on where they both went. It was good they rang police and kicked the guy off the bus though. Then we just had an instance where the bus arrived in Perth - obviously a major stop - at 6.08am, more than 20 minutes early as the scheduled arrival time is 6.30am. My son was being picked up and the person was arriving 10 minutes early at 6.20am. The bus driver refused to wait (despite knowing the person was close by) and left the stop more than 10 minutes PRIOR to the advertised time that the bus is due to even arrive in Perth. He took my son all the way to Malaga before anyone was able to get him. I don't mind if they do this if you're late but you can leave a major city stop 10 minutes before the bus is even scheduled to be there. So poor. Can a competitor please come...."
"I travelled a few days ago from Perth to Karratha. The trip didn't take long, as the driver makes several stops and you can take a rest. The only thing I hated was the cold inside the bus, the air comes in from outside, and you freeze for the whole journey. I must also add that at the beginning, both the driver and the person who accommodates luggage were not very kind to me, as I don't speak English very well and I had to repeat several times where I was going and my name...anyway, everything else is fine. But for the price, the heating should be improved."
"Shocking. Got charged over $400 for a trip to Broome from Perth, only to be told the bus goes to Port Hedland and no further. Upon enquiring, the manager - Sharon I believe - was rude as hell, and flatly refused to refund the difference in fare between Exmouth and Broome - despite the driver (equally unhappy with their service may I add, as apparently not the first time) - suggesting I get off at Exmouth and "wait for the next bus" on Tuesday. This is Sunday by the way. Atrocious customer service. Would post pics of the Trainspotting-esque toilet, but sadly the battery died on my other phone. Yep, chargers are pretty rubbish too Avoid like the plague, and do what I should have and get a much cheaper flight. Never again."
"Took the southbound coastal line from Port Hedland to Perth. Even tho it's long trip of 27 hours, but time passed by very quick. There were movies onboard to keep you entertained, the drivers were very considerate to stop playing movies after dark, and stopping here and there every 2-3 hours to 'refueling' and/or 'unloading'.."
