I paid for a trial class (thankfully, it was only $5.00), but the class I paid for did not happen, and I was not notified by any means. I have since tried to contact them multiple times to seek an explanation of what has happened and see if I could book another class or get a refund. Unfortunately, my phone calls, email and text messages have remained unanswered. What a professional way of managing a business by ignoring customers. I am surprised that they managed to have so many good reviews, but looking at it, none of them are recent. As a matter of principle, I have now disputed with my bank for the service not provided."
