"if you claim to close at 10 then close at 10!!! came here the other night at 9 and they didn’t let me to even do takeaway! absolutely ridiculous. if u wanna close at 9 then change your opening hours babe. unreliable restaurant and i implore those reading this review to take your business elsewhere - somewhere with better service and with better food which is not hard to find"

"26/05/23 Friday evening - 6:15-7:33pm Over an hour wait and still didn’t get my food. Never waste your time here if you have things to do and you want to remain not frustrated. The guy behind the grill is an absolute disgrace. He should not be allowed to represent Nando’s. He had the audacity to talk absolute trash to customers. Multiple customers had the same experience just have a look at the reviews from tonight. Disgraceful to talk back to customers with rudeness when they’re bringing up valid and reasonable concerns. - Such as waiting over an hour for food. I ask are we getting our food? I have been waiting an hour. His reply was “yeah that’s right we aren’t serving anymore” I repeated “I have been waiting over an hour” and he laughs and responds with “you’ll get your food” After I requested a refund - The same employee attempted to do it for - not even 10 seconds and then he shouts “the computer is broken”, it was not. A junior came over and refunded immediately. It was not broken. Absolute incompetence coupled with rude behaviour is an absolute embarrassment to be representing your restaurant. I wrote the below at the time of waiting - Currently waiting for my food, it has been 50 minutes. The staff’s incompetence is laughable. No care at all, young bloke smirks and turns around. Wonder how much longer I will be waiting to eat? I have things to do. if I knew the wait would be any where close to this I would have gone elsewhere. If you value your time - stay away."

"Every time we go here, it just gets worse Tried to order online for pickup, no confirmation was sent to us but the money was taken so went to the store after half an hour and the food had just been sitting there and was cold. Next time we couldn’t order online so went in store for takeaway, the tills weren’t working so took ages to order, line of people out the door, ordered a great pretender which costs extra, was given a veggie patty instead, the chips were barely cooked, the wrong sauce was used on the chicken, so disappointing. When we dine in the restaurant staff are often rude, always busy chatting or stocking the fridge when customers are waiting to order, they rarely clear the tables, food sits under the heat lights for a while before it’s brought to the table because staff are just talking. Not sure what is happening to nandos, it used to be so good but now every store seems to have issues"

"Had to be the worst Nando’s. Tables are never cleaned, left to the diners to clean the table. I even placed the orders on App as told to and still experience delays. Honestly staff shortage could not be the reason, there are many people without work at the moment. Covid has made the greedy businesses to have less staff and blame it on staff shortages. Never returning to this Nando’s again"

"We enjoyed the good ambient of the restaurant. As there was a queue, we decided to order online via our table. The meal arrived earlier than the ETA so that’s a plus. The staff also followed our online instruction to separate the peri powder from the Chips so our kids can enjoy without the spice."
