"Unfriendly staff member (visited today) No acknowledgement as he walked past me, no questions for flybuys or vouchers, not even upselling of the discounted chocolates on counter. I showed him my shell fuel voucher and he wanted to charge me full price. Had to point out that I had a voucher again. Didn't ask if I wanted a receipt, no 'good bye' or 'have a nice day', even after I said: "thank you kindly sir, have a fantastic day" - I work in customer service and it is an important role, because he is representing Shell."
