"By far, the rudest and worst Chemist I have ever had the displeasure of attending. Pharmicists and their staff are constantly rude, abrasive and belittling. If you want to feel like you are inconveniencing a customer service attendant when all you are seeking is treatment and help, look no further. It does not matter how polite and courteous you are, the staff here will treat you as though you are beneath them and nothing but a bother. A note to staff here, you are Pharmacists with delusions of grandure, not Doctors. Get over yourselves."

"Gave one star, and that's very generous of me. There was no option to give less. Thumbs down to the pharmacist on duty Easter Monday afternoon. Had a sick baby at home and a script sitting at the Doctors that I couldn't collect. Instruction from the Doctor was to get the Pharmacist to phone him however, the pharmacist refused. Pfff!!! This has been my local pharmacy since 2000. Ven though i may need to drive further afield, i definitely won't return to support an unhelpful, rude and uncaring pharmacy any more."

"The male pharmacist (Owner?) was extremely rude and condescending. Acted like everything was a problem, sighing and giving death glares. Acted like it was my fault there was a 30 minute wait (for medications that were supposed to be pre-made already). Actually took about 50 minutes. Then, after HE forgot one of my medications, I came back for it and he immediately asked if I just STOLEN it. Lo and behold, he had forgotten to scan and he decided that was my fault too. Find a new job, you clearly hate it. Official complaint to the PBA has been made."
