"I had a procedure scheduled and unfortunately on the day the equipment was down so it had to be postponed. Now a normal process would be to apologize and maybe offer a discount on a future booking but they instead offered me another procedure on the spot free of charge. This was not a cheap out of pocket expense for the clinic but they put me first and offered it anyway. This sort of customer service was amazing and you'd be crazy to go anywhere else for a treatment.
