"I went to this place for adding Covid-19 overseas vaccination to AIR on Tuesday, 8 March. They are really nice and kind. They gave us great experience in Perth. Thank you."
"I was told by the pharmacist who gave the 4th booster jab to me and my wife to phone and made appointment to register all our jabs with this clinic so that we can have digital certificates to prove our vaccination status since we just came back from overseas after having the 3rd booster jab in Aug last year. But the office could not accept scans of all our documents by email and we have to personally go to the clinic and submit the documents while the lady slowly input all the informations which took her quite some time. Luckily, the lady was quite friendly and understanding, quite interactive in a way to help us get digital certificates with 4 vaccination jabs on it, which she said was the 1st time to see such certificates!"
"We had visited this clinic previously for our daughters 6 month vaccination and had a really good experience. The lady performing the vaccine was extremely quick and quick to distract my baby girl. Last week we re-visited for her 18 month vaccinations. Three needles - so quite stressful for little ones. The lady who performed the vaccination this time took ages talking through everything - not ideal when you have a baby trying to get out of the room and already starting to get stressed. She told my husband to hold her in his lap and hold her arm under his and hold her head. He had her and she was secure, the lady administered the first needle. She then took her time getting the next needle and then went through the whole ‘hold her head, do this do that’ spiel again. She did this after every needle! Our baby girl was distressed enough and she could have given her all the needles in the time it took her to repeat things over and over! By the time we got to last needle I was even muttering ‘just do it’. Unexpectedly she gave her the last needle in the same arm as the second needle. Two needles in one arm - we were not impressed. Don’t assume you will always have someone who is good with children. This woman certainly wasn’t. She made it so much more stressful than it had to be. We weren’t sure if she was training another lady - but she should not be training anyone to perform vaccinations on children."
"Just went there yesterday to take my son for 4yr old vaccination and the Dr was so lovely and welcoming. Very quick and we had no tears and screams like we had done at other places previously. We drove a little out of our way to take him there instead of our usual Doctor and glad we did."
"I took my 1 year old daughter, reception staff were welcoming. Had a booking at 12pm and we just had to wait for 10 mins. Nurse Mikaela Hatton was very good and professional . My family recently moved to Australia and daughter had few vaccinations overseas, nurse took time & didn't rush at all and explained us everything in detail. She also uploaded all the details on the Australian Immunisation Register same day. Highly recommended."
