They were so accomodating the entire time and saw that we were quite stressed being without a car for 3 weeks so they let us use their hire car for free the entire time which we were so grateful. "!!READ!! 2 STARS IS GENEROUS. Everything was great till we went to pick the car up, noticed a big paint run on the rear bumper and scratches still on the spoiler, left the car with them for and hour to fix up. When we returned I had a good inspection and found multiple areas of paint contamination and poorly repaired chips on the rear door edge car had to stay there a few more days, 500km round trip for no reason and another 3 days car hire. Thanks Nova No Birds car hire was more apologetic about the situation then Nova."
