"I went in with waist length hair and asked for an inch off the ends. Without asking or telling me what she was doing she shredded my hair all the way to my scalp. My hair is completely ruined, a mess of frizz and knots constantly because it's so fine. I was kind enough to remove my review thinking the owner would help sort this out despite the fact it will take years to recover. But instead I'm told the appalling condition my hair is now in is because I don't know how to look after it. I'm ashamed to be seen like this. I recommend you go anywhere else."
