"If I could post 0/5 stars I would. I have probably spent over $500 in the last few months in your store and the way your ‘manager’ Sasha treated me today was disgusting and the reason why I will NEVER shop at any of your stores ever again. She laughed in my face when I came in to return a faulty pair of tights that were bought a week ago, worn once and spilt at the seem. She then refused the refund which made me so upset and rather than trying to resolve the situation she told me that I had an attitude problem and walked off cursing names about me. All because I wanted a refund for a faulty item! She also told her other staff member Casey to hurry up and serve me so I would leave the store so she wouldn’t have to deal with me anymore. All I wanted was a refund for my faulty tights but apparently she wasn’t allowed to do that. I am seriously shocked that she is 1 a manager and 2 presenting your company. I really hope that higher management reassess her position as I’m sure this isn’t the first complaint she has had."
